1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("the Terms") set out the conditions for using Hero Grow 2048 ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About the app

The app is a puzzle game in which you merge number tiles to defeat monsters. You earn experience points by defeating monsters and can compete with other players on rankings with your Endless score. The app is free to use. The app shows ads.

3. Ranking names

When you join the rankings, you choose a name that is shown to other players. The following names are not allowed.

• Names that are obscene, violent, discriminatory or offensive
• Names that impersonate another person or organization, or the operator
• Names that contain personally identifying information such as a real name or contact details
• Names intended for advertising or solicitation
• Any other name the operator considers inappropriate

The operator may replace such names with another name, or delete the related records, without prior notice.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following is prohibited.

• Sending scores to the rankings that differ from actual results, by modifying or analyzing the app or by any other improper means
• Placing excessive load on the app's systems or servers, or interfering with their operation
• Harassing other players
• Making false or malicious reports
• Any conduct that violates the law, or that the operator otherwise considers inappropriate

The operator may delete records that fall under prohibited conduct without prior notice, and may restrict that player's use of the rankings.

5. Reports

The app lets you report inappropriate names on the rankings. The operator reviews reports and, where necessary, replaces names or deletes records.

6. Ownership

The design, program and other intellectual property of the app belong to the operator or to their rightful owners.

7. Disclaimer

• The app is provided as is. The operator does not guarantee that the app is free of defects or that it will be available without interruption.
• Your level, experience points, best scores and the game in progress are stored on your device. If they are lost because the app is deleted or the device fails or is replaced, the operator cannot restore them.
• After reinstalling the app, you are treated as a different player on the rankings, and your previous records cannot be carried over.
• The rankings include records from other players, and the operator does not guarantee their accuracy.
• The operator is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

The operator may change the app, or stop providing the app including its rankings, without prior notice.

9. Changes to the Terms

The operator may change the Terms when necessary. Changes will be posted on this page. If you use the app after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

10. Governing law

The Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
